OUR STORY
J.C. Grant and Associates, Inc. was founded in 2011 and has historically provided consulting services to enterprises in a variety of industries and sizes. We're problem solvers and have provided a helping hand to companies in a diversity of capacities including executive leadership, strategy formation and execution, budgeting, operations, financial reporting, compliance, sales, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, and information technology. We've prided ourselves on serving others to the best of our ability and leaving our clients with a smile. The next chapter in the company's journey will be to acquire select enterprises that have a reputation of providing exceptional results to their customers and have a desire for those results to continue under new ownership.
ACQUISITION CRITERIA*
Industries
We seek companies in four primary verticals: accounting practices, professional services, business services, and light manufacturing/warehousing with a predominate business service component.
Profitability
We seek companies with a sustained EBITDA/SDE of $500K - $3M over the past three fiscal years.
Revenues
We seek companies with sustained revenues of $1.1M+ over the past three fiscal years.
Geography
We seek companies located in the top 150 most populous Metropolitan Statistical Areas in the United States, with a strong preference given to companies in the southeastern states.
*Companies that do not meet one or more of the the Acquisition Criteria can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
